Total number of the deep dark critical rings?

I was bit confused about the total number of the critical rings(3500 coins worth ring) I can get within a world. It says its limited to 1 ring per world in the item description. However the item appears 3 times in 3 different tiers of the coin shop. So does that mean i can get 3 rings total within a world?

    Yes.
    Also note that the third one is described as "tradable within account".

    What about people who's on Reboot (can we use cash shop to xfer them or coupon?)

    You cannot transfer equipment in reboot server.
