Maplestory not launching

After the maintenance I logged on to play and all was well. After relogging the launcher would not load the game. I did the repair and restarted my computer. The message has no error code and have tried it with my other nexon account and receive the same thing. I can log on form another computer. Does this mean i need 14hr redownload?

    try starting maple in window mode, thats what causes the problem for me on my pc

    win+r = regedit = soScreenMode and change the number to 3

    I dont even have the layers listed there D:\Nexon,...
    This seem to be the problem somehow as my PC won't detect the Game Launcher, I can't find it in Task manager nor able to open it manually
