PLEASE HELP! Forfeited 4th Job Advancement Quest

I was playing on my explorer account (Reboot), hyyypersharK, and I remotely accepted the 4th job advancement quest, A True Explorer. After I completed the quest nothing happened (I wasn't teleported to the hidden map), so I thought I did something wrong. I thought I could redo the quest so I forfeited. The problem is after I forfeited, I the 4th job advancement wasn't available anymore. Is it possible to fix this quest issue, or at least help me restore the quest on my account? Thanks!
