Budding Artist Mount expires

Bug type: Mount, Gachapon

Brief bug summary:
After use, the new "Budding Artist Mount" that is available in the current gachapon appears to have an expiry date of 90 Days. There is no previous indication that this mount expires, such as other mounts that have "30-Day _____ Mount Coupon", etc. in their titles. It is just "Budding Artist Mount Coupon", and no information about it in its description. When selecting the mount from my mount list, the mount says it will expire on "10/23/2019 22:51".

The Cash Shop Update states that it and the "Surfin' Safari Mount" are "available as permanent versions", and there is only one version of the mount listed in the gachapon list.

    Just because it says things are "available as permanent versions" does not necessarily mean there aren't temporary versions as well.

    They could stand to be a lot more clear about it, if this is the case.

    Not really. When it's available in both permanent and 90-day versions, the cash update web post says so.
    And the Gachapon reward list should definitely list both, if they are both available.

    Yes, I am aware. That is why my post says "The Cash Shop Update states that it and the "Surfin' Safari Mount" are "available as permanent versions", and there is only one version of the mount listed in the gachapon list.".
