Brief bug summary: Cash Shop update didn't correctly adjust some item prices

More details:
After 4am EDT
Fallen Angel Tail is still 6,400nx instead of the announced 4,500nx
Bound Wings is still 8,400nx instead of the announced 6,000nx
Angellic Feathers is still 3,400nx instead of the announced 2,400nx


Steps to reproduce:

Enter Cash Shop > Special Promotions > Limited Time

Character name: Kinney

Character level: 37

Character job: Kinesis

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 5:57AM EDT Wednesday, August 14th

    Gachapon isnt updated either even tho it is said that the new rotation was suppose to be done 4hrs ago

    Those perm items are not in the cash shop at all for me. Unless they have been taken out to fix.
