Bug type: Cash shop funtionality
Brief bug summary:
I used to enter CS with normality but when i claimed my Monster collection rewards and wanted to redeem them in the cash shop i got my character disconnected and now i can't enter cash shop.

I have reported it via ticket and the GM's response was that i need video proof of that, please help with proof. Record your raids and post in all places and send them tickets, another issue is if Damien or Lotus kill you the game client may crash.
I don't care about kishin or totem service because i leveled my character without it and that is a poor excuse to progress in this game.
