From what I understand, a temp ban for macro'ing will be converted to a perm ban if, upon further investigation, they realize you weren't just botting but also hacking...

Tried to post under billing issue but seems like no one care about it over there...
I always thought Nexon America was very fair with their players... however what happened in the past month make me doubt...

this is what nexon does when a charge back happens as they have a pretty strict no money refund policy.
the only way to get your account back is to retract those chargebacks.
I called my bank and paypal both of them said that it was Nexon manually…
