erm... dont you just need 4 S jewels from the box under that ring?
unless they re did them you need four full S rings which require four empty rings, but are you sure that isn't a case where it is one daily?

this needs to happen and they both need their own net work that does not need to share the same bandwidth that the main servers use (notice how Luna doesn't get the same lag as us, they are in located in a different country.)
I used the Friendstory phone to check the server time before the V update, but now I can't find it on the new UI.
