So from what I'm gathering at this current moment in time is that bots are fluxing through channels, basically causing a DDoS attack on channels. There's nothing that can be done until the bots go away.
After a couple of restarts I managed to fix it.

I appear to be having the same issue, I'm on the steam version, logged in earlier but had to restart for a windows 10 update, now it won't load and stops responding...
My Integrity of game cache was verified also.
Can confirm this is happening, made a new Kanna on Scania for a Kishin mule for my main account, stood there for a few minutes and immediately got booted because it thought I was using an external hacking program, which I wasn't.
