strongly disagree, when a leader vanishes for over a month, someone needs to step in. what if that leader quit forever? what if they died. if your members are so loyal to you, make a new guild, they will join you and you can rebuild.

what i think can do though is one character can do, for example, easy pap, and one can do normal pap. might be wrong though
