One method to make sure you don't take the wrong cape is to use pet item ignore. I know it's not a good solution but it is usable until any changes are made.

I 100% agree that the 150-180 leveling range is a mess right now but the next patch brings us kerning square starforce and return of omega sector which fall in this level range.

allow prots (or superior wards for tyrants) to work at any amount of starforce for scrolls that do not affect starforce. The limitation is clearly meant to stop starforce why does it have to stop primes as well?
