ombrenoir Ive tried everything and i have windows 10 and it still doesnt work.... I think thats why i cant play but any help with this would be appreciated

hopefully this is related but my game doesnt even let me launch it. it just shows the nexon game launcher at the side then it closes and i know i have to go to options and stuff but when i do that it doesnt work. can i get help with this?
