I'm not sure if there's a topic for this already, but if there is, feel free to delete this one, redirect, etc. XP
This is a topic that's kinda hot at the virtuadopt forums and I wanted to try this here. It's straightforward. Just post what you're listening to right now! You can list a song or maybe you're listening to mom nagging you to do laundry or some random commercial going on in the background or something. If you're sharing a song, you can put it as this: Title, Artist.
Or you can always link/embed it. Share it with us so we can all listen to some nice tunes! Or if you think it's questionable/explicit, you should probably say so (or don't share it at all if you think it might cause a bit of trouble). And there may be instances where the song can only be heard through a foreign video host. Just explain what it is. You can also talk about what the song is about if it's foreign. Totally up to you! You can go more than once but I don't suggest double posting.
I'll go ahead and start. Big warning: I really, really, REALLY like VOCALOID and other voice synthesizers so that's probably something I'll post most of the time.
Right now, I'm listening to "间隙" (Official English: "Interval") feat. 星尘 by Senjougahara Yousei.
It's the theme song for an upcoming game called "Witch Weapon". Not sure if it's questionable or not and the song is hosted on bilibili, which is kinda like a Chinese version of YouTube. It's also the short version only.
@DreamWeaver - Yes, I watch Beyond Borders on occasion. It's pretty cool and interesting how different countries have different laws and run/react so much differently.
On another note, I've been watching Reba again and that's making me feel extremely nostalgic lol
I've been having the strangest urge to replay Luigi's Mansion on my old GameCube. I actually don't really like playing it because I don't like being startled. I know this isn't something you should be admitting to people since knowing your fears and dislikes just leads you to getting punked, but meh. Jumpscares are not my thing and I don't like ghosts. Luigi's Mansion is practically harmless and goofy-looking at least, but as a kid I just associated them with jumpscares/intent to startle. I don't have that problem as much now. I'm actually going through at an okay pace. I'm just stuck on Boolossus since they keep fleeing whenever I try to freeze them. =3=
I think I'll break from the original and start the sequel as soon as possible. I've already beaten the original twice in my life so it's not like I'm missing out on the ending lol.
Honestly, I find all of these latest "Wait for the fix" posts even more amusing given how I can't even get into MapleStory in the first place. Always kicked out when I try to select region, select world, or select channel, and then the good ol "MapleStory stopped working" message pops up. I haven't been able to access MS ever since the V update was launched. Everything worked perfectly fine on my old laptop before this update even happened. All of a sudden, it just crashes over and over. Even trying to play on a brand new laptop doesn't help. And before someone asks if I'm using Windows 10, my answer is yes, HOWEVER, MapleStory has been working fine with my Windows 10 laptop until the V update occurred. It stopped working properly ever since.
This has been a problem since... what... December for me? I honestly thought it was just me, but as it turns out, I'm not the only one experiencing this issue either. Good to know that not only are some of us not able to get into the game, there's been maintenance after maintenance for every problem even as we're not able to play (*sarcasm*). Makes me wonder which I would rather have: a game with serious problems as I'm playing and getting numerous maintenance that probably fixes one problem but causes another and then rinse, repeat? Or not being able to play at all and getting no explanation for it?
When is THIS (http://forums.maplestory.nexon.net/discussion/5275/maplestory-has-stopped-working-issue/p1) going to be fixed or even acknowledged? Some of us are quite convinced it's probably a really bad patch or something went seriously wrong when V was launched. Every time someone pitches in a possible fix, it doesn't work for all of us. I'm getting very tired of seeing "Known issues" and getting slightly hopeful that maybe the issue with some of us NOT being able to get in would be put up. It honestly makes me feel like our problem is NOT acknowledged or is NOT important. Players should never have to feel that way about a game. The fact that people can't play at all should be raising eyebrows. At least acknowledge that players can't even get in at certain points since logging in. Put up something saying you KNOW the problem exists even if it can't be fixed right away for those of us who deserve an explanation as to why we can't get in. This is bad communication.
And then on TOP of the issue with players not being able to get in at all, you have all these problems for the players who CAN get in? I know these things aren't the easiest things in the world to fix, but please, this is bad for everyone. Bad for the players, bad for the companies and teams, bad for the game.
Been watching some other dramas lately. A little bit of Chinese drama, "Princess Weiyoung" (it should be spelled "Weiyang", not "Weiyoung" but meh... translations man-), and a little bit of Korean drama, "She Was Pretty".
I've basically been swamped with homework lately so I haven't really been able to watch anything....
