In contrast to what youre thinking they said that "legit" players shouldn't be penalized for using a map a hacker is in. See the difference?
The second wouldnt be able to be differentiated wether or not the "legit" player is in fact with the hacker or not. and the first would be the hacker disappeared when you enter the map, and you began to farm or do what you will there, as a legit player. (less)
I just got hit today, for Farming on my Illium in bitty Bobble one. - All they are telling me is skill hack, and not even what it was from.
Now i gotta jump through hoops just to get it looked at.
Just started fresh on Eu reboot, decided to gun for MvP litteraly less than 24 hours before grinding it up to 220 on my weekend. Did lach pre-quests and came back home to this. I mean i was using sticky keys ok, but i was just standing in the middle moving ball side to side, and flying around to loot.
same litteral responses as you - do i just keep asking them to forward my Appeal to a senior member?
I believe sticky keys aren't against ToS, as long as it's not macros and such (less)

Every server is dead except Scania, Bera and Reboot. Scania and Bera are still alive thanks to our friendly neighbor bot hackers who never get banned. Reboot is where you grind your life into a dead game. Best option: play other games. Pretty much any other game is better than this crap. Solitaire is better than this.(less)

Cookiez, play in any server you want. Reboot is a good place for newcomers, as you get boxes with mesos and cubes/scrolls every milestone.
