My internet is good. My firewalls are not an issue. I never get the message stated by the OP the first time I log in. When I have changed characters several times, let's say more than 5, I run about a 1 in 4 chance of getting that message. Not only do I need to close the game client I need to close the Nexon Launcher and verify in my task manager that there is nothing Nexon related still running before I"m able to relaunch the game.
In addition, this is a global game. There is no reason to belittle someone who appears, based on grammar, to not be a native English speaker.
