it can happen when having a cooldown on the skill, but that skill has no cooldown.
Buff Duration =/= macroability. Skills that have cooldowns cannot be macroed. Hyper Skills/5th job skills are not affected by buff duration or skill cooldown reduction. (less)
Yup, same thing happened to me. As soon as you initiate an attack in that map, the dialogue box pops up saying you are using hacks. However, it doesn't prevent you from continuing actions … (more)other than leaving the map. So, if you're stuck, you can finish meleeing the bush, wait til the bubble above your head turns to quest complete, log out, log in, and wait for the bubble to turn to quest complete again. (less)
Because more and more divergence in the code between the games leads to more problems when they try and merge them into our version of the game (case in point being the cluster-eff that … (more)was our last patch). Everytime a patch comes out from kMS they need to then tailor/remove/edit things so that it matches our version, which leaves more and more possibility for error/bugs. They probably won't change it since it's simply another divergence they would have to address every patch, and clearly their track record with being able to manage changes is piss poor.
This change has basically destroyed party play for Bishops, because Decent Holy Symbol is going to always be better unless you're in a small enough map where the buff is going to remain at 100% effectiveness at all times. (less)
