Claim/Timer of Greeting Week Not Working

I have been unable to claim Wonky The Fairy's Greeting Week Day 6 for the past 2-3 days. When I log in the timer is already at 0 as well rather than starting at 90 minutes.

Youd think that they would put that on the top of the notifications list thing on the nexon launcher lol. Scheduled maintenence is normally on wednesday so i guess thats why no one thought that it was maintenence
Game Crashes after today's patch

after todays patch, everything was going good, i was playing for about 15 minutes, then the game crashes. ive tried doing the repair installation from the game launcher menu but it still happens, works perfectly for a few minutes then crashes, what should i try to do to fix it?
