    got the ad that my account was banned when I was switching channel in Kerning Tower Floor 2 Map 4 because was looking for 100% burning on the star map

    also lately and heard that they are giving ban to people who use kanna.

    I am main kanna lv 161 (or was)

    send ticket but they tell me that my ban is permanent and can not help me

    if they know anything I can do. it would help me a lot u.u
