Hello,

My ingame name is Neoxus and I am from Reboot. I am a Dual Blader from the guild DownTime. I recently started playing maple a week and a few days ago and the game seemed incredibly … (more)promising as it reminded me of another game. I've been playing everyday upwards of 7 hours until yesterday I was permanently banned from the game. I honestly don't know what I did wrong, I don't use third party programs, hacks, bots, macros or anything at all. Not to mention the ban was completely random and out of no where. I am not sure whether or not this is an autoban or a gm ban.



What was I doing prior to getting banned?

I was in a party with a guild member and alliance member in the lobby map for Normal Magnus. I suddenly disconnected, my maplestory client closed and when I tried to log back on I got that message.

After posting this on reddit, people suggested that I open a ticket regarding my situation in hopes that they unban me. To that they respond:



I asked for another follow up and they responded stating that my ban is final:



So why am I posting this here? Ultimately I do want my account to be fully investigated and get the ban revoked so I can play again. I'm a new player still learning the game and missing out on events that are beneficial to my player progression due to a false ban is a bad ways to go.
