Battle analysis and straw dummy are used to record damage dealt BEFORE buff and AFTER buff. The dummy is hit for about 39 seconds to achieve a stable maximum hit. At 00:39, buff is applied and range increases by 4.59% However, MAXIMUM hit recorded(1,527,152,282) does NOT change after this point DESPITE having a 10% MATT increase.

dragon fury is a 4th job skill that provides +35% matt when above 30% max mp

battle analysis(BA) was used to check the MINIMUM damage dealt. in the video test linked, dragon fury applies correctly to range when falling under 30%. however, the MINIMUM damage does not change. this leads to the conclusion that dragon fury is bugged. detailed timestamps are posted in description of the youtube link.
THIS IS A VERY BIG LOSS IN DPS.
