Bans, including false bans, are based on what you do (or appear to do) in the game.
Can you elaborate why you think that giving Nexon the type of information you listed should give you immunity from hack detection?
I'm not talking about immunity but i do believe that the account owner's credibility should be taken into consideration when judging a case.
If someone as you say "appear to do" something illegal, and that said person submits a ticket to appeal those allegations then if that account was created a month before, had no money invested, etc. then it may be more reasonable that he is indeed guilty.
But, if i were to "appear to do" anything illegal, and i submit a ticket to appeal those allegations then i expect Nexon or the GM's to consider the fact that i have been playing with the same account for the past years, invested money in it, am a grown man, verified my credit card or ID, etc. and probably have no legitimate reason to be hacking.
That's why i'm asking if there is any criteria that Nexon might think is more authenticating, because that would make a lot of sense and will be pretty assuring that your account is safe.

Unfortunately, people can and do cheat on accounts that they have had for a long time and spent NX on. Adults cheat too, some of them precisely because they are grown up and have life commitments. One famous case recently explained that they no longer had the time for the endless grind, so felt "forced" to automate the process (bot) in order to keep up with the game's "requirements".
As for giving Nexon your real world info or credit card - while it shows that you trust them, it doesn't give them any reason to trust you, or any hold over you. If you do end up cheating, they can't sue you or use your credit card to fine you. On the other hand, should your info fall into the hands of an unscrupulous employee, or be stolen by someone hacking into Nexon's database, you might face slightly bigger problems than losing your Maplestory account.
In the end, all of us just have to play carefully (don't stay in maps with hackers, don't play while lagging, etc) and hope that, if we do get caught by a false ban, Nexon will properly investigate and unban us. Some people recommend recording all your play time, but again you'd have to hope the Nexon investigator will look at your videos and accept them as evidence.
