Trying to spread the word about a glitch that has existed since the latest patch. Right now cubing items reduces the number of lines, and potential stamps don't bring them back. I found out the hard way when cubing a unique 3 line item and having it go down to 1 line. 50% potential stamps will say they worked but not add any lines. Avoid messing with potential at all right now if you want your equipment to not become 1line.
This is probably one of the most frustrating mishaps I've come across in this game in my 14 years of playing. Not sure if this is affecting other servers, I've only tested it in reboot. Don't waste your cubes/money/items/etc. I don't see any viable way of fixing this besides a rollback.
