I once had the same issue that the game wouldnt open at all
I tried all methods i could find online and nothing worked.


But after a while I found an intern thing on my laptop which helped.

Press windows + R, then something opens and write: regedit >>> press enter.
Find SoScreenMode and replace the 0-1 by number 3.

Your game should be working back then.
Note that everytime u open maplestory again you have to redo those steps.

Owell it happends, you always have those people who spend time in keeping them busy defaming you or relogging chars to do.
Just smile and say thank you to them.

Then buy a loveletter, do a quest and your fames are back.

Alright so you want only suggestions and not rants?

Please contact EMS gm's to help you guys, cause it clearly shows you guys need help.
Many EMS gm's wanted to tag alone but you guys didn't accepted them in your team. For idk what reason actually???
Therefor either you guys start working yourself (what u get paid for) or get people who actually willing to do it and are good in it.
Cause it clearly shows you guys can't handle it. (please proof me wrong, if you think you are)

Also a great tip is to actually listen to your customers, the ones who PAY for your INCOMINGS. Then to just ignore them and don't care.
This kind of attitude showing by you guys is just disrespectfull and lame for people who play this game for many years.

I think it's actually a fair deal that whenever you reached x amount of coupons (example 10) you indeed get a VIP one.
nothing worse then to spend 50k nx or whatsoever and then still end up with not getting what u want.

But on the other hand i don't know if they ever will apply this, as this is a main income of Nexon.
