This theoretical server would have a population roughly equal to Reboot's. If they've been so resistant to giving the overpopulated Reboot more channels do you seriously believe they'd do it for this?

Nobody has really talked about this but I think it's important.

Why can Basic Gollux scrolls only be purchased with regular coins? People who are working towards killing hard gollux (which has more HP than pre-nerf hell) would only be able to use clean solid equips if they plan to get everything themselves. The only way for somebody who can't kill hard to get scrolled solid equips would be through the auction house, but people who are strong enough to obtain basic scrolls have no incentive to do so when there are more profitable options available.

Blaming the CM is nothing new. I'm sure people remember how much unnecessary hatred was directed at Hime.

The storage thing is so arbitrary and isn't even the worst thing a random could do to your account. You may as well add:

PIC for any attempted item drop
PIC for every cube and starforce attempt
PIC for any action in the auction house that isn't a search
PIC for entry into any shop NPC and for every attempted item sale

If you really want to add something like this, then maybe you could create an option to temporarily lock your character and have THAT be gated by a PIC entry.
