    You have to complete a questline starting with "Welcome to Showa Town".

    I honestly don't think it's worth it. The hours you need to spend completing these quests (some of them require obtaining items with very low drop rates) would be better spent grinding or killing Horntail daily. I gave up on the 3rd to last quest with my level 19x.
