  • OLD HAIRSTYLES + FACES.

Sent a ticket about this a while ago too. Quote from here: https://maplestory.nexon.net/news/55496/reg-and-vip-hair-style-and-face-coupons-retiring-in-v211

'We plan to replace these items with new beauty coupons in the March update, in an effort to improve MapleStory's Hairstyle and Face customization options'

And then we got **** choice coupons... Face/Hair choice coupon gives you ~5% of the choice of VIP/REG coupon AND only rotates once every few months, so you could be waiting years to get something you like. Also, most cash items were removed from the cash shop and you need to wait years for them to come around in PSSB. Meanwhile, the original system allowed you to get anything whenever you wanted, but I suppose that doesn't line the pockets as much as exploiting users. Literally makes zero sense and people just let it slide.

It's a toxic tactic that preys on the human nature of 'you never know when it's going to come back, so stock up/get it while you can'. Really disgusting to see it continue even more with the new magic wagon and other things having limited stock of items in a loot box that you literally cannot see the stock of. People really need to voice their opinion more, if you don't even try then nothing will be changed.
