Where is it? This is incredibly disrespectful. Please have transparency and the self-respect to own your actions and tell us straight up if you're going to continue to disrespect your players and limit their access to items they paid for. Not to mention expiration dates. I suggest making an announcement clearly saying "No" so that I can reassure all my friends I don't recommend this game to that it won't get better and they should stay away. It is tiring how consistently Nexon chooses to lead players on, often pretending good things are coming and hiding the bad parts- like the fam "rework"still having paid familiar slot expansions (and color changes and less DR and no auto steal and still no Seruf), lowering arcane box drop rates, and ripping events off of CW players. We know you have the technology for shared Cash Shop. Please treat us with the Go West respect we deserve. Let us access items we paid for on ALL of our characters.
**** Cube Sale lag is even worse than it's ever been on Heroic because they halved the sale duration, despite years of complaints and opportunities to improve it and one extremely obvious solution. By the way, since cubes give random results, it would be nice if I didn't have to make six different estimations of how many to buy and not be able to trade any of the excesses/deficiencies to the other characters who need them. That would be pretty smart! It would also be nice if the sale cubes had the same duration as normal cubes, instead of 1/3...
The surprise style box/gachapon/meister etc. announcements are utterly unnecessary. I have never wanted to see that and I don't think I ever will. If somebody wins something, good for them... the only reason I can think of that it's still there is to advertise, but in actuality it drives people away.
