I think it is odd too that the tax is applied upon redeeming a prepaid card since in a few places you may get charged tax upon purchasing the card.
So essentially you could end up being double taxed depending on your circumstance.
Of course, on the other hand I understand that getting into tax trouble is not what Nexon wants to deal with.

Why are mass permanent bans handed out so easily? While it can be community mantra to push for permanent bans, I think they should be rarely given out. I think long temporary bans are effective enough at sending a message to individual players. It appears that the current usage of permanent bans do not address the problem. They are the easy way out instead of rolling back potential illicit gains. Think of it this way. True abusers are not affected as strongly by a permanent ban than a player who has invested time and money in the game.

There are a lot of hairs I like in-game that I think would be a bit better if the colors were slightly changed. Adding this item to cash shop would be a great cosmetic feature.
