Two years since this was reported.
I am sure nexon forgot about this issue altogether.
The support team just keep repeating the "we're investigating" card.
Honestly at this point I lost all hope. If 2 years weren't enough, why should I expect it to happen this year? or the next?
I have accepted the fact that this is part of my account now.
Really one could only expect this to be an easy fix, it basically a UI glitch, can't be that big of a deal. I can't fathom how incompetent the team is for delaying this much.
Bumping. Sorry, I won't let this fade, they can't sweep the problem under the rug and expect us to forget.
