  • urgent rollback to cause of excesive lag in game

Rolling back should only be performed for situations that cannot be fixed any other way. Nobody likes roll back actions. It makes everything they did pointless. Not to mention if they just came out now saying they're pulling it back 5 days, then the lack of warning can result in needed refunds, since there would be plenty of people losing NX items from such an action.

Rolling back is for things like Mabi's black robe situation. Not because a server lagged.

  • The Lag, oh the Lag

Even the main servers are bad. There's small delay from time to time and horrible delay during 2x sometimes. Ever since their maint to "beef up the servers" the servers have gotten worse.
You see, their way of beefing the servers is different.

We think beefing the servers will make them stronger, due to upgrades.

They actually replaced the servers with beef and called it good.

  • Guild Names

I think it's a good idea but at the same time unlike igns, a lot of guild names are very old and known, so I don't see any popular guilds wanting to change their guild names. That's just my opinion if I could change my guild name I wouldn't as that's the guild I'm defined by and don't want to reset my reputation again
It's for those that just haven't been here for a long time. It's hard for guilds to be "known" when nobody logs in with them.
