Rolling back should only be performed for situations that cannot be fixed any other way. Nobody likes roll back actions. It makes everything they did pointless. Even the main servers are bad. There's small delay from time to time and horrible delay during 2x sometimes. Ever since their maint to "beef up the servers" the servers have gotten worse.

my opinion if I could change my guild name I wouldn't as that's the guild I'm defined by and don't want to reset my reputation again

It's for those that just haven't been here for a long time. It's hard for guilds to be "known" when nobody logs in with them. (less)
