I don't know if this is the right place to put this question, but since when was it decided that the Royal hair/face rotation would last for 3 weeks now instead of 2? Because I'm fairly sure not too long ago it used to last only for 2 weeks.
On that note, what exactly is the duration for the VIP hair/face rotation? Because all that says in the latest cash shop update (which I believe was on February 3th) that it's 'ongoing'. Shouldn't there be more concrete information about how long these hair/faces will be in the cash shop for? That's more than 2 months of no update on the VIP hair/face coupons, the ONLY way to actually change your hair/face without any type of RNG involved.
People who would post suggestions on the cash shop suggestion thread may have to wait an incredibly long time since these VIP styles are barely updated.
Any other way to change your hair/face would be through one of the special coupons (Royal, April Fools, Anniversary etc..)
My suggestion would be to bring back Royal styles to 2 weeks per rotation and maybe put a 1 month duration max on the VIP styles. Perhaps even increase the amount of hair/faces that will be available for VIP. That's plenty of time for people to pick out one of the hair/face styles they wanted, before they'll be changed for the next rotation.
I believe the last time these were available was in November 2019 with the VIP royal coupon event. I heard that these were also given as compensation for the loss of a MapleStory 2 account, but since I didn't have one I didn't get the coupon. Would be nice to see these VIP coupons make a return!
