I know it may not have been Arwoo's fault that this occured however, whoever was in the team that discussed this and refused to allow Windia after seeing all the feedback, complaints and constructive critisism in this thread, must have some extremely good reasoning as to why Windia is still excluded.

I'm sure that nothing I or anyone says will change this hastly made decision in an attempt to defuse this conflict so:
TL;DR All I ask is for a good reason other than population for why Windia is excluded from this event.

Not only is population decline an issue, it's also unfair to the maplers who have friends, other characters that they have made for the sole reason of transferring over to Windia (e.g. Link Skills and now Legion) knowing that it was available last World Leap, only to find out that it is unavailable this time for what ever reason.

I was very excited to learn that world leap was coming after about 2 years since the last one. However, I don't understand why Windia was excluded from the list of transferable worlds despite it not even having a population as large as Scania.

As a Windian trying to move characters from other worlds for my Legion rank, I'm very disappointed as are many other people from Windia.
