I always thought that was called Spring Fairy Face. I also would like to see that face come around again for both genders.

That's another name for it. The last time it was in rotations as Forest Fairy was November 2016, but it was in rotations as Spring Fairy back in June or July (which I didn't know until after I posted the comment). So fingers crossed it comes back soon under one name or another!
