Brief Update on Hotel Maple Shop Issue - VIP Tickets
While looking into ways to address the Hotel Maple shop closure issue, we are aware that certain players are especially concerned with their expiring VIP Tickets. To provide a brief update, we are discussing options on how to resolve the VIP ticket issue.

We received reports concerning the issue where players would receive "Due to an error, the trade did not happen" error message when attempting to purchase from any of the Hotel Maple shops. Hotel Maple shops were supposed to be available until June 13 at 11:59 PM UTC and we're aware that certain players have yet to spend their Sweet 16 Coins and VIP Coupons.
We've relayed this issue for investigation and will provide an update when we can!

We received a lot more submissions than I initially expected, Discord and Forums combined, and all of them have great potentials.

Here to provide an update on the issue where some NX items were not visible in Dutch players' inventory after the v.222 update maintenance.
After investigation, we've confirmed that the NX items are not lost and they are just not visible in the UI.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue and will update you on the schedule when this will be addressed.
