Lol every update this has happened they gave the boxes back. No need to get upset. This has happened with the Vupdate ect. It is nothing new

ugh but all that was said is hey we know about it, sit tight... like cool you know about it.. i mean of course you do what with the posts and tickets.. now what are you planning to do about it? The fact that it wasn't even addressed in a thread like this directly kinda says how low priority fixing it is.

I'm pretty much expecting we won't be compensated. That seems to be the way of things anymore. If the outcry isnt great enough, then they figure its better to suffer the minor risk of player loss.
4 days have gone by and i still not have gotten my overide gift as a loyal customer and a long time player this is unacceptable. I thought things had changed over the years when it came to good quality customer service but i guess i was wrong.
