Closed Kaiser - Vertical Grapple not working.

Been playing Kaiser for a while, so i know this ability works all the time. Just logged on and seems i can only use Kaiser Grapple ability once per Room.
Key still works because i can use it to Type (currently on Q)
Ive changed keys and still not working.
I walk out into another room and it works once, then nothing until i go into a new room again.

(Normal shutdown/restart is pressing the physical shutdown/restart button or the start menu shutdown/restart button, window 8/10 saves a copy of its memory and load the memory (including the part that make Maplestory glitched) when it is normally rebooted which causes Maplestory to still be glitched, full shutdown forces window to start fresh with a new set of memory)
