Game flashes once getting into a character

While I log into any character, the maple news windows appears and causes my game to flash. Until I somehow manage to close it , sometimes it doesnt help as well and game continue to flash (like doing ALT+TAB nonstop) .

any solutions?

    Maple news (and in game youtube cut scene) is buggy on the steam version of MapleStory (drastic loss of fps).
    While maple news is working fine on the Nexon Launcher.

    @Rexaar, I am using the Nexon Launcher that's why im in trouble otherwise I would just went back to Nexon Launcher
