    We are still looking into this issue where certain players are unable to log into the game.
    It seems like there is a network issue depending on the player's residency/ISP and we are also looking into it with our partners.
    Meanwhile, we would like to advise you to try to log in frequently.

    Never had problem before. right after the patch log in problems began. same as OG pic in the thread. if i manage to log in, it wont be any longer than 10 mins. Im in europe btw so it isnt a south america thing

    I am having the same problem as original poster. I'm in North America, so it's not because of my region.

    Unfortunately, I am a new player and wanted to get started before the mega burning ends.

    The game frequently crashes upon reaching the login screen for me, showing me just a split second of server selection, then closing out. I use steam to launch, though if it's something that happens using the Nexon launcher as well, the problem may not be there.

    I'm not having the issue from the first picture, but am having the issue in the second issue where that is all I see when I pick a channel
