Does diligence affect spell trace inno and css?

Does the +10.0% scroll success effect for lv100 diligence affect innocent scroll, ark innocent scroll, and pure clean slate scroll when using spell traces?

I have been hearing both yes and no from different people and in other forum discussions.
Is there a confirmation of this somewhere? Or can we get an answer for this?

    I'm pretty sure they count as "special scrolls", so, no...
