root abyss bug

i was doing my ra questline i dced halfway trough after i relog. i press boss tab and go ra map it only show 1 npc and it says (pls find a way to exit) but i exited both Left/right portal it send my back to town. and it keep repeating the same thing after i clock ra in boss tab Please help.

    Try using the entrance using the dimension mirror in most towns.

    If that don't work, write down the name of the last quest you finished here.

    Hi i tried it and still the same thing, my last quest name is -World tree in danger.

    Try walking to ra map manually and try.
