keys to enter straight to Gollux head

where do i get these keys from? i did the imitation gollux a million times. and dont see a quest in the lightbulb to earn these keys either. i did the prequest awhile ago and just coming back. i think the keys are called fallen heart keys? idk i tried googling my issues i cant seem to find an answer. i checked completed quest. i did all the prequest. im stuck in imitiation gollux or something lol..

    They keys only directly drop from Gollux reward room now.
    100% chance to drop just 1 fallen heart tree key when you defeat gollux at hell difficulty.
    Lower difficulty Gollux has a lower chance of dropping.
