Delete Epic Dungeons / Buff Erda Weekly:

There is one thing I like from Epic Dungeons, but not in the Epic Dungeon format, the size and unique layouts of the maps with significantly more monsters that spawn, especially how the High Mountain maps look and are laid out.

I wish these maps were more of a style of a hunting map where I can just enter it, hunt monsters, and there is no time limits and rewards with every monster killed. It will give options for different ways of hunting than the current mindless small maps that every Grandis map has become with the same map layouts, for those that want to have a more engaging experience with fun environmental details that tell of a story when the player takes their time to really look at background and foreground details of the world.

Epic Dungeons flaw is that it is not very fun content and feels like a chore, this feeling only gets worse every time you do it.

So I say delete Epic Dungeons, all of them, and add the rewards we would have gotten to Erda Weekly instead, EXP included.
This would make it easier to upkeep the game with less content to worry about and make players feel less like they are coming in to a job and more that they are coming in to play a game.

WEEKLY ERDA:

IMPORTANT IMPROVEMENT:
Weekly Erda change from once per week per account to --> once per week per character with unlimited completions per account.
~ With this, the Sol Erda Energy and Sol Erda Fragments BOTH will become Untradable and Non-Transferable for All Worlds that were earned from the Weekly Quest directly. Meaning, you do Weekly Erda to progress THAT character's HEXA Matrix and cannot use it to prevent another character's HEXA Matrix faster.

This will much better support multi-character progression.
No changes to amount of Energy and Fragments that are handed out, they just become locked to the character(s) that do(es) Weekly Erda.

With Epic Dungeon Deletion:
Erda Weekly will be enhanced further for characters that reach certain levels.

--> Character Levels 265-274 will gain the Sol Erda Energy, Sol Erda Fragments, and EXP equal to what they would have gotten for completing both the Erda Weekly plus High Mountain.

--> Character Levels 275-284 will gain the Sol Erda Energy, Sol Erda Fragments, and the EXP equal to what they would have gotten for completing both the Erda Weekly plus Angler Company.

--> Character Levels 285+ will gain the Sol Erda Energy, Sol Erda Fragments, and the EXP equal to what they would have gotten for completing both the Erda Weekly plus the upcoming Level 280+ Epic Dungeon.

This is offset by +5 levels so that character levels 260-264 experience what the base rewards are like for Erda Weekly.

The benefit is now every character can get the rewards of Epic Dungeons, if that character completes the Erda Weekly for that week, rather than only one character can get the rewards for that Epic Dungeon tier.
And the other benefit is you no longer do Epic Dungeons ever again!

If you want to retain Interactive World's pay-to-win aspect, I guess you could pay Maple Points to boost the rewards handout further.

This is just one of many things need to be done for GMS, but this would be a big win for our version of the game!
Especially offering more ways for Heroic Worlds to gain Fragments and for every character within the account.

This also fixes the issue players face that like playing on both Interactive and Heroic Worlds simultaneously.

And fixes the issue players face when wanting to play on Challengers World and their Main World during events.

Disagreed on most points. You go from to likeing Epic Dungeon layouts to Epic Dungeons is not fun. If is it not fun for you, just don't do it. No need remove content just because you don't engage with it. Despite it being solo content, the rewards are actually relevant and are just as or more fleshed out than previous party quests include Arcane area weekly content.

You're just describing Erda's Request. Kill a lot for frags and Sol Erda. We've already been doing that about half a year.

Just remove Erda's Request and Epic Dungeon's 1/2 characters per world restriction and increase Sol Erda Fragment earnings for each for supplement the slow fragment acquisition.

Not the Epic Dungeon Format, the way the hunting maps are designed, especially how they designed the look and layout of the High Mountain hunting maps and to incorporate this type of hunting map as a regular hunting map.

This is also buffing Erda Weekly so that you get the rewards of Epic Dungeon when you complete your Erda Weekly as well. There is no new content here.

As well as making it where Erda Weekly is per character instead of per account. So now you can progress multiple characters at once.

    dont delete

as for Erda Weekly there a better solution
or more specificly, alts friendly progress

    1-Erda Weekly
character turning in receive 90 frags and 9 Sol Erda
all other characters lvl 260+ that completed sixth job receive 30 Frags + 3 Sol Erda

    2-Epic Dungeons
same system applied to epic dungeons rewards the same way Erda Weekly would get modified

and simply add the following for raw grinding
every 5 Fragment looted = +1 Fragment for all lvl 260+ characters that completed sixth job advancement
every 100 Sol Erda looted + 15 Sold Erda for all lvl 260+ characters that completed sixth job advancement

these numbers are just to explains the idea...NX would likely adjust it to numbers they like
...but ya...dont destroy fun/alternative content thats an option for those who dont like raw grind as much

Besides your first point would just be a nerf to the idea for no reason.

Give the character ALL of the rewards, there is no account restriction, it is just once per week per character.
You get the same rewards as Weekly Erda + Epic Dungeon based on character level.

And no, we don't need to boost grinding fragments that helps no one, it only makes the problem worse.
The grinding sweats have the fragments, the problem is everyone else. So nerfing the weekly content amount to buff grinding just makes the problem way worse.

Technically though they could make Epic Dungeon and Weekly Erda give identical rewards and players can choose witch weekly content to do, including which dungeon they want for that character, no more account restriction and it all per character based.

No matter what, it would be do content and get (for Heroic Worlds):
Level 260-269 characters: 130 Fragments, 10 Sol Erda, EXP of High Mountain
Level 270-279 characters: 145 Fragments, 10.5 Sol Erda, EXP of Angler Company
Level 280+ characters: 160 Fragments, 11 Sol Erda, EXP of Nightmare Paradise

Each character can claim the rewards once per week, unlimited per account. All rewards are untradable and non-transferable.

This gives players the choice between Weekly Erda, High Mountain, Angler Company, or Nightmare Paradise since all of the content will give the same rewards when completed for that weekly - doing more would be for fun and gives you nothing further for that week for that character.

So on the same account you can do 1 Weekly Erda and 2 High Mountains, for one example. Or 2 Weekly Erdas, 3 Angler Companies, 2 High Mountains, and get the same rewards for 7 different characters in the same week. The rewards would be entirely character level based.

you mean a nerf to your suggestion ? otherwise what i suggested is a massive upgrade to current system otherwise
if you got 20 lvl 260+ and your quest turner(lets say your lvl 285)
thats 90 + 30 frags for each 260+ alts(690 frags total for 1 turn in)

thats a frigging huge amount of frags acc wide...and thats only 1 turn in require...not grinding 105000 mobs accross 20 260+ alts + your turn in char

the cap may be more limited than your suggestion, but time wise. its much less of a pain than what your suggesting
and yes i have 20 alts at 260+

100,000 enemie to slain is grind sweating too...its roughly 6 hours of grind

idk how many 260+ you got, but if you have as much as i do you would prob want a more convenient way to progress them all

what i suggested improve the weeklies and the grinding way for frags....idk why you have issue with the grind part though..its a bonus in addition to improving the weeklies
