[EVENT] Burning character "Request Failed"

Hi, I tried making an explorer character today, I picked the dark skin tone but he came out as pale so I deleted it and tried again, but when I did it again, not only did he not come out with the wrong skin color again, my screen said "Request failed" and the burning character thing didn't work.

So on top of not being able to make a burning character I also can't seem to make a dark skinned character either.

Anyone else having this issue?

    I have the issue with burning character.

    Steps for outcome:
    1. Make a character, burn it.
    2. Delete same character.
    3. Remake character and try to burn it.
    4. Receive "Request Failed."

    I can deal with the skin glitch but the burning one is ridiculous. At least it seems like they're doing more maintenance.

    I am still having this issue even tho the maintenance finished

    I'm having the same issue. Already sent a ticket to Nexon and see if they can fix this. I suggest you guys to do the same asap.

    I created my Hayato now lvl 31 (one day), its not burning RIP hard work and levels. I would also like it if they made my Hayato burning.

    I am also having this problem. Deleted a burning character DA I decided I didn't feel like playing and wanted to make a new burning character. Says "Request failed."

    I'm having this bug as well. I managed to burn a character on Reboot yesterday, but I could not burn one on Arcania for the life of me, due to the "Request failed" glitch.

    However, I can currently burn more characters on other servers that aren't Arcania.

    I don't know if it's a cache issue or what, but I'd prefer to be able to burn and fund a character on my actual server of choice.

    So I'm trying to create a burning character but every time I hit ok it gives me a "Request Failed" box. I've tried multiple different classes, restarting my client and laptop, but still getting the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem, or know what i can do to fix it? Much appreciated.

    Yeah well I thought Blasters not being able to be burned was because of the event that occurred when they first came out. No reason they should be able to be now...other than they don't have a frozen weapon, which could have been easily implemented.

    So yeah. Duh.

    im not trying to burn either of them though :c tried it on kanna, DA, and explorer but still nothing :T
