  You need to restart your computer.
  Note that if you're using Windows 8 or higher, the normal restart might not be enough, and you need to do a full restart, as explained here: http://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/

  if just the restart does not fix the problem, try the following:
  
  hop into your control panel, go to device manager.
  go to your keyboard and uninstall the drivers.
  restart your computer, and windows will reinstall the keyboard drivers for you.
  relog onto maple and it should be fixed.
  
  did the job for me every time.

  This did the job for me. Thanks! Also, you can add another symptom to your list. When Beast Tamers use a normal attack with the Bear, the bear's animation stops right before it's supposed to disappear and turns translucent and pretty much sticks to the character.
