What's the best place to get these items?

I need to find a place to farm Confusion Fragments and Primal Essences. Other than Arkarium, which is downright insane to try at times due to his over spamming his screen crack instant kill attack, and the random Legendary mining stones, are there any other good spots?

    Those items are a pain to get, tbh there really isnt a fast way to obtaining them other than finding some in the fm if anybodies even selling them. I do wish you the besr of luck with what you're crafting.
