Character Positions Randomizing

Simply put, every time I log into the game, my characters on various servers are all scrambled out of the particular order I placed them in the last time I logged on. I suspect the game is, for whatever reason, attempting to forcibly reorder my characters in the order they were created. The location function seems to be very buggy.

My apologies. Let's try this again.

Bug type: Character Order Reverting to Order of Creation

Brief bug summary: Characters on worlds will frequently revert to default arrangement (order of creation) despite repeated corrections.

More details: Someone in another thread apparently noticed this happens if you rearrange characters on another world that's part of the same server alliance.

Steps to reproduce: Simply rearrange the character list on a server to any order that isn't the default order they were made in. They will eventually sort themselves back into order of creation for no clear reason.

Character name: No single character affected.

    Character level: N/A

    Character job: N/A

    World name: World Alliance Mardia/Yellonde/Bellcan/Chaos/Kradia

Date and time of the incident: Ongoing, first noticed on 6/6/17

What I've noticed is that ever since this functionality was introduced, we've only been allowed to organise the positions of characters in one world. If you attempted to organise a second world's characters, the first world reverts back to original positions, and so on.

I don't know if that's a bug that's just never been recognised as one, but I'd certainly like to be able to order my characters in every world and not just one.

You mean, also for worlds that are not allied? For example, you can't organize the characters in both Scania and Reboot?

Oh, I hadn't thought of that (I play in an allied world and based my comment off organisation of different worlds inside the alliance).

I could try test that out later tonight with Reboot characters and see if that messes things up, too.
