Missing Skill Point for Xenon

I'm gonna try posting this here, see if it gets some attention:

My Xenon is missing a skill point for 4th job. I'm not talking about the one you get once you reach LV. 200, but just the general skill points you get until LV. 140. My Xenon is level 165 but I cannot max my skills because of the missing skill point.

I tried using an SP Reset, but one point will be missing from a skill, regardless of how I allocate them.
