Unable to Open TakeOver reward

I'm unable to open the box that gives the royal hair coupon. When ever I try to open the box it says "You have already obtained this reward." I have completed the recent take over event so I am wondering if this is even a bug or not.

    Same thing happened to me. Sent in a ticket already, u should take screenshots and do the same before the box expires btw.

    Looks like a bug.
    They didn't properly reset all the data associated with the event, between the previous one and the current one.

    Brief bug summary: Unable to open the second TakeOver Tier 1 Box from the second TakeOver Event.

    More details:
    Open the box and see this message: "You already received the reward!" from NPC Kibbles punch in the face, instead of receiving the Royal Hair Coupon.
    My character has already claimed the first TakeOver Tier 1 Box from the previous TakeOver event.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Reach 12 cumulative boxes from the TakeOver Event (season 2).
    2. Claim the TakeOver Tier 1 Box.
    3. Open it.
    4. Receive the notification of "You already received the reward!" instead of the reward.
    5. The box remains in the inventory after click OK, no rewards given (ok another slot has been occupied, RIP my inventory).

    Character job: Paladin

    Date and time of the incident: 8:30AM, July 31st, 2017

    There is a glitch in the TakeOver Tier box 1 where I can't open the box after claiming it. This has happened to several people, and it has been quite troublesome. Plz fix dis Nexon T_T. I've already sent a ticket for thiis.

    I can't open my tier 1 or 2 boxes either. Whenever I try to open them they say "You already received the reward". Sent in a ticket to nexon. They said they would look into it.
