[Resolved] Unable to Accept All-In-One Gift Box

Bug type: Quest Related

Brief bug summary:

Whenever I try to accept the gift box quest I get the message " Please empty at least 1 Use Tab and come back." I have 30 use slots open but I keep getting the message. All my other inventory tabs have several slots open as well. I have tried restarting maplestory and relogging, both failed to fix the problem.

    I think you can't accept it because the box has already expired.
    The box was set to expire at 00:00 UTC on the 15th.

    Ah. the patch notes time maplestory.nexon.net/news/24100/updated-v-187-override-venture-patch-notes is different from the one listed the maplestory.nexon.net/news/24509/festival-events-august-8-26 page. Patch notes say UTC: August 10 at 12:00 AM – August 15 at 11:59 PM but the Festival Events page says PDT: Wednesday, August 9, 2017 5:00 PM – Tuesday, August 15, 2017 4:59 PM.

    I dont know about UTC timezone, but where I come from on EU server CEST, the event does not finish until Wednesday after midnight.

    How could it be expired now? I saw the event list yesterday said it had 1d 13h, so I thought I could easily get it the next day today.

    Same here, I saw it 1 day 6 hrs remaining in the event tab. I tried to get my box when it should have had 12 hours left but it wasn't available

    It's not fair that we don't get the box because it's bugged just before the event finishes :(

    If the bug can't be fixed before then, can Nexon send us a compensation box please ?

    This is happening to me too ): I've been attempting for 2 days now relogging and restarting on both Nexon Launcher and Steam but no success!! I kept all inventory tabs open with many slots just in case but it is the same message.

    Today is the last day and I am concerned I might not get any box ):
