This applies to the Tier 1 and 3 boxes, I got the Tier 2 one on a different character the first time so it worked for me at least. The boxes are gonna expire though, this really needs to get fixed. We did the event, we deserve the rewards.
Brief bug summary: I am trying to open my tier 3 reward box, and it is telling my I have already received it.
More details: I got 60 boxes opened, and collected the box for the tier 3, but it tells me I have already received this reward when I try to open it.

I'm experiencing the same problem as everyone else with the Tier 3 box, of course (10k reward points and cubes). Submitted a ticket, and they closed it immediately after responding that the issue had been forwarded to the appropriate department (I'll believe that when I see this resolved for everyone.). They also gave the usual boilerplate suggestion to watch for news on the web site and forums, which is incredibly frustrating since Nexon reps are completely ignoring this thread.
